We procure our canines both domestically and internationally, and accept only the highest caliber animals available. We routinely examine and test approximately 25 dogs before selecting just one candidate for our intensive training program. Each dog selected is subjected to 10 to 12 weeks of rigorous training and testing to achieve our strict standards. Our standards surpass those of U.S. agencies that protect the President of the United States and other world leaders, and our certification procedures are similar to those of the USPCA.

Following graduation of the initial training program, our canines are continually trained and tested, both daily and weekly, to ensure maintenance of the expected high degree of efficiency.
Additionally, we offer a handler training program as part of the purchase of your bomb dog. This training can take place at our site or yours. Generally, experienced handlers participate in a two-week program, while novice handlers are enrolled for up to eight weeks. We also offer retraining and certification to ensure maintenance of team proficiency.
